We had a great day at Corn Creek with around 80 volunteers. We planted native plants to create riparian habitat for birds and other wildlife. Great day lots of and I met some nice folks.

Working for wildlife
The Wilderness Crew packed out over one ton of steel fence posts from the Desert National Wildlife Refuge.

Mummy MtAs I drove up the road the sky began to glow and I could see that the sun was just about to come up. So I pulled over and ran to set up my tripod. I clamped the camera down and took this pic. I felt very rushed but this was my best image of the day.
